And the winner is…

March 4, 2009

It was difficult figuring out who I should give my Dickhead of the Week award to.  There have been so many talented people in the running. Just when I thought the lady at the collection agency would be a shoe in for this honor, some weirdo interrupted my radio show and got her crazy all over the place.  Do I give it to that girl?  Should I give it to my bank… again?  After much deliberation, I decided to give it to this guy/girl/whatever.  This is what they had to say about my last blog.

Nothing like hearing “Ecstasty in slow motion” played by people with no clue. Course, S3 never had a clue either, only Spiritualized got close.
“The nineties were ridiculous?” I’m sure what you’re doing now is no better. Borring.

Hey Dickhead of the Week, be sure to give me your proper address to receive a complimentary dictionary.  The only thing shittier than your attitude would have to be your spelling errors.

It’s a miracle that with all the technological innovations in this world there still isn’t some kind of “asshole filter” for blog comments. “I used to get high on life until I realized it was cut with morons.”

why do people read blogs and then post lame comments about how the blog is “boring”, which only serves to expose (1) that they are boring; (2) that they are morons?
dude, if you don’t like the blog…. go away. don’t waste precious minutes of your extremely exciting life on us. this isn’t the huffington post or some forum for your anonymous vitriol.

She’s just jealous that your hair is more widely traveled than her body and mind, Mzingg. Surriously.

It must be really sad to dream of being a music critic, especially when you don’t have enough talent to get a job. Again, someone’s mamma didn’t love them enough. But that’s what the internet is for! Sigh…

Like my favorite Gavin Newsom quote after a peaceful war protest was interrupted by some anarchists who decided to tear some shit up, “Someone didn’t get enough hugs as a child”.
